We want you to be happy with your speech. This policy explains your rights and our guarantee.

1. Digital content and your cancellation rights

The full speech is digital content supplied immediately after you pay. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by purchasing and unlocking your speech you ask us to provide it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once it has been supplied. We will ask you to agree to this at checkout. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

2. Our money-back guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your speech, contact us at celimonryan@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and tell us why, and we will refund you in full.

3. If something is wrong

If the Service failed to deliver your speech, charged you in error, or the content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us and we will put it right.

4. How to request a refund

Email celimonryan@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with your name and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 working days and to process approved refunds within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.

5. What is not covered

Refunds are not available where you have requested them after the guarantee window, or where a request is clearly abusive or fraudulent. Honest dissatisfaction within the window is always covered by our guarantee.
